Translating a document from South Korea for a Canadian application
In 2008 Korea replaced its patriarchal family register with an individual one, and since 2019 it has issued free English versions of several of its certificates. Before ordering a translation it is therefore worth checking which of your documents already exists in English — and which will never exist in anything but Korean.
