Firms and regulated consultants

Immigration Partners

One account, one invoice a month, one contact, and turnaround written into the agreement.

What is an Asiatis partner account?

Asiatis opens accounts for immigration law firms and regulated consultants: volume-based rates, consolidated monthly invoicing instead of paying file by file, a single contact who knows your templates, and secure upload for your clients' documents. Delivery under your own brand is available.

What an account changes

The difference is not a discount: it is that volume, billing and deadlines stop being renegotiated on every file.

Volume-based rates

Discounts start at 10,000 words and reach 10% at the highest volumes. On a partner account, volume accumulates across the year rather than per file — which is what changes the arithmetic for a firm sending many small files.

Consolidated monthly invoicing

One invoice a month, broken down by file and by client, instead of paying on every submission. Charges pass through to your client as they stand, with the matching line item.

Contractual turnaround

Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 business days and express is 24 to 48 hours. On a partner account those timeframes go into the agreement, with agreed consequences for overrun — that is what makes them enforceable, not a line on a website.

Secure upload

An encrypted upload space, separate per file, so your clients' documents never travel by email. Your documents are never used to train an artificial-intelligence model.

Single point of contact

One person follows your account: they know your templates, the spelling settled on for each transliterated name, and the history of your files. You do not re-explain how you work on every submission.

White-label option

Translations can be delivered without our letterhead, for inclusion in your own file. The certified translator's declaration and seal stay in their name: that is what gives the document its value, and it is not transferable.

Multiple concurrent files

Several files open in parallel, each with its own deadline and status. Beyond 10,000 words on a single file, schedule and rate are negotiated case by case.

Professional liability

Asiatis carries CA$1,000,000 of professional liability (errors and omissions) per insurance period, placed with Lloyd's underwriters, through CFC Underwriting Limited. Cover is worldwide and reaches back to January 27, 2015.

Insurance and liability

Asiatis carries CA$1,000,000 of professional liability (errors and omissions) per insurance period, placed with Lloyd's underwriters, through CFC Underwriting Limited. Cover is worldwide and reaches back to January 27, 2015. On top of that sits CA$5,000,000 of general liability per claim.

What the policy covers

  • Errors, omissions and misstatements in our professional services
  • Work handled by subcontractors — recourse does not depend on who held the pen
  • Unintentional breach of contract
  • Infringement of copyright, trademarks and confidentiality
  • Dishonest acts by an employee

What it does not cover

  • Cyber incidents and privacy breaches, including ransomware and phishing
  • Business interruption
  • Directors' and officers' liability

We state this because a procurement team will ask, and because a list of covers without its exclusions informs no one.

Our document security practices are set out on the security and privacy page.

Questions from firms

Who can open a partner account?

Law firms and notaries, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC), paralegals, and settlement organizations. We ask for the licence or bar number before opening — not to screen, but because a partner account presumes you are acting for third parties.

How does the volume discount work on an account?

Volume accumulates across the year, all files combined, instead of being calculated per submission. A firm sending thirty birth certificates a month would never reach the threshold file by file; on an account, it does. Certified translation is $69 per 250-word page, with a minimum charge of $89 per project — that minimum is what applies to a short document.

Does white label apply to the certification itself?

No, and this matters: the declaration and seal stay in the name of the certified translator who did the work. That is precisely what the receiving body checks. What white label removes is our letterhead and layout, not the signature that gives the document its value.

What happens if a translation harms your end client?

Asiatis carries CA$1,000,000 of professional liability (errors and omissions) per insurance period, placed with Lloyd's underwriters, through CFC Underwriting Limited. Cover is worldwide and reaches back to January 27, 2015. On top of that sits CA$5,000,000 of general liability per claim. Cover extends to work handled by subcontractors, which matters to you: your recourse does not depend on working out who on our side held the pen.

Can I commit to a deadline with my own client?

On a partner account, yes, because the timeframe is written into the agreement. Off account, the stated turnaround — 2 to 3 business days — is a service target, not a contractual commitment. The difference matters on the day you have to answer your own client.

Should I attach documents to my account request?

No — please do not. Opening an account requires no client documents. Sending a third party's file before a contractual framework exists circulates personal information without need.

Partner account request

This form opens an account; it does not process a file. Do not attach any client documents.

Required field

Optional at this stage; required before the account opens.

Do not attach client documents to this request: file materials come after the account opens, through secure upload.

Prepare my request

The details you enter are used only to process your account request. Your documents are never used to train an artificial-intelligence model.

Asiatis provides no immigration advice and represents no one before IRCC. We translate; representation is yours.
